WAIVER

Assumption of Risk By participating in activities at Mulligans Indoor Golf Centre, you acknowledge and understand that there are inherent risks involved in indoor golfing, including but not limited to physical exertion, contact with golf equipment, and accidental injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Release of Liability By signing this waiver, you release and hold harmless Mulligans Indoor Golf Centre, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or connected with your participation in activities at the facility, including injury, illness, or property damage.
Conduct and Safety You agree to adhere to all safety guidelines and rules provided by Mulligans Indoor Golf Centre. You understand that failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the facility without a refund.
Photography and Media Release By participating in activities at Mulligans Indoor Golf Centre, you grant permission for the use of your likeness in photographs, videos, and other media for promotional purposes without compensation.
Loss and Damages Mulligans Indoor Golf Centre is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought to the facility. You are advised to keep personal belongings secure and to avoid bringing valuable items.
Age Requirement Members under the age of 16 must have this waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Acknowledgment of Understanding By signing or otherwise accepting this waiver, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions, and that you are voluntarily agreeing to them.

Terms and conditions

General Terms

Business / promotional or streaming use is not permitted without the prior consent of Mulligans Indoor Golf Centre (ie. Golf coaching, Youtube/Instagram streaming etc)
By utilising or engaging any of the services/facilities of Mulligans Indoor Golf Centre is accepting Mulligans Indoor Golf Centre’s waiver and privacy policy.
All attendees must act with consideration towards other persons including language, behaviour, music, attire and presentation etc.
When accessing outside of hours, members are to make all reasonable precautions to ensure the entry door is locked and secure both on the way in and the way out of the premises and that they are not allowing others access to the premises.
Users are to take all reasonable steps to keep the facility neat and tidy.
Mulligans Indoor Golf Centre hold the right to reserve any and all bays for functions/private use.

General Use

Clubs and balls are to be clean and in serviceable conditions.
1. No pen or stamps on balls
2. No spray, paint or ink applications to be applied to club face
3. Balls are to be free from scuffs or damage
Equipment to be used in a safe and practical manner
1. One person within the hitting space when bay is in use
2. No practice swings outside the hitting space
3. Hit only one ball at a time and in the direction of the impact screen
4. No run-ups or trick shots.
Minors under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
User/s and equipment must be clear of simulator area by the end of allocated session

Session Bookings and Cancellations

Relevant member must be present during member’s booked session
Booking no shows and cancellations with less than 4 hours notice may incur a fee equal to 100% of the booking or relevant member’s credit.
Additional sessions can be added to a booking utilising any membership plan credit.
Mulligans Indoor Golf Centre reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, what constitutes a group or function booking. Factors may include the number of participants, booking duration, intended use of the facility, and any associated requests or requirements. Group bookings may be subject to specific terms, pricing, and availability, which will be communicated upon enquiry or reservation. Members benefits do not apply to group or function bookings.

Memberships

Mulligans hold the right to cancel any membership at any time due to concerning / unacceptable behaviour or abuse/exploitation of membership plans
Mulligans reserves the right to alter membership prices and will make every effort to provide 4-weeks notice to existing members. Price alterations will affect memberships that are paid in instalments (i.e weekly commitment) but will not affect yearly memberships that have been paid in full. Increase to casual rates will in-turn affect all memberships as the benefits involving additional sessions are stipulated to be 50% of the casual rate.
Membership payments will be paid in advance of receiving session credits
“Weekly 1 and Weekly 2” memberships on weekly commitment require a 4-week minimum commitment and can be cancelled at any time after that period. “The Daily” membership on a weekly commitment requires a 12 week minimum commitment. All weekly commitment memberships will be opened ended contracts. Members wishing to cancel their membership can do so by notifying Mulligans Indoor Golf Centre by way of email, phone or in-person. Cancellation will be effective from the next due payment upon notification meaning no further payments will be taken from the member. Refunds will not be issued for partial weeks.
Mulligans Indoor Golf Centre 24-hour access to members is subject to change or cancellation at any time. Any change or cancellation will also apply to any and all active memberships.
Strictly no guests outside of casual hours.
Members utilising the after-hours unlimited access must book each and every relevant session. After-hours sessions can only be booked one-hour at a time. An additional one-hour session can be booked at the time the previous booking commences. E.g. Member books one-hour session from 6am to 7am. Same member attends booking at 6am, sees that the following one-hour session is available and then books that following session. After-hours is considered outside our staffed hours.
“Unlimited free after-hours simulator hire” is a free additional benefit to selected membership packages and is subject to change or cancellation at any time. Any change or cancellation will also apply to any and all active memberships.
Golf club hire and free golf ball use will only be available during casual hours. Members are required to provide their own ball and clubs all other times.
Members can utilise one-time Bluetooth codes for access to facility after hours or elect to be issued a key fob. Bluetooth access will not incur any additional fees. Key fobs will incur a $5 fee and an additional $5 for any replacement.
Members accounts can hold membership plan session credits which are valid for the relevant period (i.e weekly) as well as standard session credits which are valid for 12 months unless otherwise stated.
Members may bring guests during staffed hours for the first hour at no additional cost—after the first hour, standard casual rates will apply for extra time (i.e full price non-member rates)
Members are not permitted to remain or attend after-hours if they are intoxicated or have otherwise been consuming alcohol on the premises in the preceding hours prior to the facility becoming un-staffed.
Membership Plans;
“Weekly 1” membership plan credits members with one session per week to be utilised at any time. Credit is valid for 1 week and does not roll over. “Weekly 2” membership plan credits members with two sessions per week to be utilised at any time. Credits can be utilised back-to-back. Credits are valid for 1 week and do not roll over. Unlimited sessions after hours. 50% off standard casual rates for additional sessions. Free entry to weekly competition. Access to play monthly and special competitions – fees apply.
“The Daily” membership plan credits member with one session per day Monday to Friday for use anytime Monday through Thursday and 9am to 5pm Friday (public holiday staffed hours excluded). Credits are valid for 1 day and do not roll over. Unlimited sessions after hours. 50% off standard casual rates for additional sessions. Free entry to weekly competition. Access to play monthly and special competitions – fees apply.
“Flexi” membership requires an upfront yearly payment and session credits to be purchased separately. Session credits applied to “Flexi” membership are valid for the life of the valid membership period unless otherwise stated. 50% off standard casual rate simulator hire. Free entry to weekly competition. Access to play monthly and special competitions – fees apply.
“Family” plan can be applied to “Weekly 2” and “The Daily” membership plans only. “Family” is either a couple residing at the same address or a parent/child (under 18). In either case, each member of the “family” plan must be registered as a member and share the relevant membership plan credits. Children under 18 can share “Weekly 1” membership also.
“FIFO” plan can be applied to any membership plan excluding “Flexi” and the applying member must provide sufficient evidence to satisfy Mulligans Indoor Golf Centre of the appropriateness of a “FIFO” plan.

PAYMENTS

All pricing is in AUD. Prices are subject to change without prior notification and may differ from other sites, stockists or providers.

Any payment defaults may result in booking and entry restrictions until such defaults are rectified.

We accept payment via cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, direct debit and BPAY. Fees apply.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Given the nature of our products and services, we do not offer returns or refunds unless required under Australian consumer law. If your product or service is faulty or significantly different to that described on our website, please contact our customer service team. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian consumer law. Nothing in these terms purports to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties, undertakings and legal rights under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act and other local laws. Any and all other warranties or conditions are expressly excluded, including liability for incidental or consequential damages caused by breach of any express or implied warranty or condition.

In the event that Mulligans Indoor Golf Centre is to shut down and cease trading, no refunds will be provided for any unclaimed services or benefits.

Safety and Security Terms

Surveillance Notice
For the safety, security, and insurance requirements of all members and staff, Mulligans Indoor Golf Centre is equipped with CCTV systems that include both video and audio recording. These systems operate continuously throughout the facility.
Emergency Alert Systems
Fixed duress buttons are installed at key locations within the facility to enable immediate alerts in the event of an emergency. Members are encouraged to familiarise themselves with their locations upon entry.
Lone User Protocol
When a member is the sole occupant of the facility outside of staffed hours, they are required to wear the provided personal safety pendant at all times. This device is linked to our emergency response system and is a condition of entry during unstaffed periods.
Power Outage Procedure
In the event of a power outage occurring outside of staffed hours, members must vacate the facility within a reasonable timeframe to ensure personal safety and compliance with insurance protocols. Emergency lighting and exit signage will assist in safe departure.
