Do I need to have golfing experience to play?
There is no such thing as too little or too much experience when it comes to TrackMan powered golf simulators. Whether it is a young child swinging a club for the first time or a seasoned professional, we guarantee there is fun to be had on our variety of interactive games at Mulligans! Everyone is welcome.
How long should I book a simulator for?
1 hour:
- 1 player 18 holes
- 2 to 3 players to play 9 holes
- 4 players to play games
2 hours:
- 2 to 3 players to play 18 holes
- 4 players to play 9 holes
3 hours:
- 4 players to play 18 holes

Bookings & Membership
Do I have to be a member to play?
Non-members are welcome to book and play during our Casual Hours. Members have 24/7 access to the facility.
Can members bring friends?
Yes. Between 9am and 10pm daily, members are welcome to bring up to 3 guests. Our after-hours window (10pm – 9am) is reserved for members only.
I am already a member at a golf course. What is the benefit of joining Mulligans?
At Mulligans, we want you to excel at golf and where else can you have uninterrupted and data driven practice? We want to help you play your regular comps at your local course and perform better then ever.
With 24/7 members access, Mulligans can help you get your handicap down lower than ever and help you get your golf fix no matter the time of day or weather. Whatever your situation, we have a membership package that will suit you.
How do membership package credits work?
If you are on a membership package where you receive credited sessions (Weekly 1, Weekly 2, Daily 1, Daily 2), those session credits are available for use any day between 9am and 10pm, Casual hours or not. Between 10pm and 9am daily, you can make use of the unlimited free after-hours service which does not cost you any session credits.
Flexi members also have 24/7 access however do not receive free after-hours sessions and as such are required to pay to play in those hours.
Do you offer FIFO Packages?
We certainly do. We understand that it can be difficult for FIFO workers to feel like they can get value out of memberships when they are only home half the time, or perhaps even less. That’s why we offer proportionately discounted rates on our membership costs and appropriately modified billing cycle for FIFO workers. Terms and conditions apply and we may ask to see some supporting documentation.
Do you offer Family Packages?
Being responsible for multiple memberships in the same household can be quite expensive and unachievable. Here at Mulligans, we want the game of golf to be accessible to everyone. Please enquire within to find out more information about our family memberships.
Equipment & Facilities
Do I need to use my own clubs or can I hire?
You can bring your own or hire a set. We offer a range of men’s, women’s, kids, left and right-handed clubs. $10 a day for standard and kids sets. $20 a day for premium men and women’s sets. You may also share clubs with others in your group, including hire clubs.
Do I need to use my own golf balls?
During our casual hours, we will supply premium golf balls for use in each simulator. This ensures that you get the best experience with a good quality ball and our equipment is well looked after as dirty and scuffed balls can easily damage our impact screens.
If you are a member playing outside of our casual hours, you will need to supply your own balls and ensure that they are in good condition as per our terms and conditions. We think that it is in the best interest of our members that they supply their own balls so that the data accurately reflects their on-course play.
Is Mulligans licensed to sell alcohol?
We sure do! We will typically only serve cans and bottles. If you were wanting to host an event with glassware for spirits and wine, we can certainly accommodate those requests.
Does Mulligans do food?
As we are operating without a kitchen, we sell snack foods typical of what you would expect to find in a vending machine. However, we openly encourage utilising nearby catering/food services and their delivery options.
Can I book an event?
Absolutely! We can cater to all events up to 20 people. We have a private simulator and lounge on our mezzanine for the more intimate events, three simulators and lounges downstairs with convenient access to the bar for those events where socialising and quick access to refreshments is key, or alternatively, you can hire the entire venue for those exclusive events.
